For the background I used a blur so that way it can look like if it was moving. I used the eraser to take off the white around the edges. I also sharpen the edges of each of the pictures in the background. I also did a motion blur and for the text I used a distort twirl. Everything I used was just quite simple and did not take long.

On the background for this one I used a blur so as if the water was moving and I used a blur for each of the pictures. I also needed to use the eraser for each of the pictures in the background to take off the white. On the text i used a drop shadow and moved it in the center. I sharpen the edges, I did a motion blur on each one of then the last but not least a Distort/wave.
