To create this image I used the eraser and the clone stamp tool. I used the Klang MT font at 60px in a light blue color. I used three different filters. The Gaussian Blur, Smart Blur, and the Radial Blur

To create this image I used the eraser tool and the blur tool. I used the Domen 35pt font in a light blue color with a drop shadow, outer glow, bevel & emboss, and stroke. I also used three filters. The Neon glow, the Gaussian Blur, and the Glowing Edges.
