I applied the blur on my photos. Then I had to use the eraser to take out the edges. Then on my text I used drop shadow. I then used the sharper edges on my pictures and then sharpen more. Last I used accented edges.

On this photo collage I used the brush tool. Then I used the patch tool. I also used the global light on the text in the frame. On the rest of the images I used the texturizer the motion blur and the diffuse. On my text I used Sharpen edges.
