First I used the stamp clone tool then the eraser tool. After that I put an outter glow effect on the texts. The 3 filter I used were sharpen, glass, and tiles.

First I used the paint bucket tool and the sponge tool. On the texts I used a color overlay and a outter glow. Lastly the filters I used were despeckle, crossatch, and blur.
