First I used the Polar Coordinate Filter:rectangle to polar technique for the wings. Next, for the Leopard head the Diffuses:darken and Glass: distortion filters were used. Then, on the background I used the Pattern stamp to make the bubbling effect. Lastly, for the texts I used a horizontal type font, point 30 and changed the color to purple.

First, on the screaming Pink Floyd face, I used the smudge tool to make the face smear to one side. For the flag, I used the brush tool to smoothen the colors of the flag. Also, I used the Wave filter and changed the dimensions of the wave in the flag. For the tire on both cars I used the Twirl Flitter. The horizontal type tool was used for the font with 50% opacity and lighten blend mode. The background was colored by using the paint bucket.
