When I started this I just found my background on the Internet. Then I found my other pictures and used the magnetic lasso to cut and paste them. Then I zoomed in and used the lasso to take out any extra pieces. Then I made the neon glow for the Testify Picture.

For this collage I did Pretty much the same thing I used the magnetic lasso to cut and paste them. Next I used the lasso to remove the extra pieces.
