I used the smudge tool as well as the blur tool on the text and one of the lower right picture of Jude Law. I also used the bevel and emboss style on the text. As for filters I went with the Chalk on the background, Diffuse glow on the upper left picture and the wind filter on the last picture.

I used the clone stamp to take out the type on the bottom as well as a figure at the bottom. I used the Sponge tool to bring out a brighter color on the upper right picture. I used the inner shadow style on the text. For the filters I used the Film Grain, smart blur, and the rough pastels.
