For this work of art...I used a clone stamp to remove a figure in the background as well as the smudge tool to the oriental characters. I used the emboss feature on the text. As for the filters i used Fresco on the background, Poster Edges on the person, and Torn Edges on the oriental characters.

For the Cobra collage i used the burn tool around the cobra in the background to highlight the car more, i then used the sponge tool to highlight the fenders as well as the wheels. I used the drop shadow for the text. I went for the graphic pen filter for the background as well as the lens flare on the headlight. I then used the ripple filter on the super car to the right of the picture. I also used the smudge tool to distort the engine to the left.
