On this collage I used the dodge tool for the sky to make it lighter. Then i used the blur tool for the powerpuff girls and the picture to make it seem blury. After that i used the neon glow on one of the pictures and photocopy on the other. On the batman symbol i used the plastic wrap to make it seem shiny.On the text i used outer glow and drop shadow.
On this collage I used the gradient tool to make it look purple in the backround. After that i used plastic wrap on the picture in the top corner. I used the outer glow on the text, and then the pallete knife on hte picture in the middle. The pixelate is used on the pinguin in the corner.
