I used the brush tool and the burn tool. Then I used the plowboy 36 point in orange. For the filters I used neon glow, drybrush, and waterpaper

I used the brush tool and the smudge tool. Then I used beanstalk font in 36 point. The filters I used are mosiac, distort, and sharpen.
