| I did just the dodge for the moon
and the smudge.
I used it on the dolphin and for text I used the wind. For the layer
styles I us was ocean
ripple, the
cross hatch, and lens
flare. |

and I use the sponge
for the water. And I use the
neon glow for the text. And at the end I used for the layer styles
smart blur, glass, watercolor. |
