The first thing I did was get I background.  After I got the building and lowered its transparency.  Then I got the jenny fish and did an Layer: Outer Glow to make it look that way. I also did a Layer: Inner Glow.  Then I got my friend Jennifer and I used Filter: Blur: Motion Blur. On Mario which is the picture on the far bottom left I used Filter:Artistic:Sponge.  I used text wrap and I used Layer Effects: Outer Glow.  On the Air balloon I went to Edit: Free Transform. Thats what I did to make the great masterpiece.

On this marvelous piece of meat I first got a great cool background.  On the penguin I used the Stamp tool to make five of him. Then I used Filter:Liquify. I also used Filter:Radial Blur on the astriod. On another penguin  I used Filter:Distort:wave.  Thats how I made this good no great collage.
