| 1st I got picture for the internet for the background and had to get two more pictures to put in the background. 2nd I got the vampire and erased the background that it bring with it with the Eraser Tool and I used the Sponge Tool to make it a little brighter to make it glow. I put the werewolf in and also had to erase it with the Eraser tool and also used the Sponge Tool on it to make it glow a little and I went to Filter then Artistic then to Poster Edge to make it look comic like. 4th I went to Filter - artistic - Poster Edge and choose the background to turn it comic like to blend in with the warewolf. 5th I put text in it to make what it is showing with liquefy and the old style text with blue to blend it in. |
