First I started off with my original background, and I then sharpened the image a little with the sharpen tool. Next I got another image from the internet and cut it out using the magnetic lasso. I also applied this rule with my other images I cut out. Then I applied two images with the ripple affect, and the original background with the motion blur affect. Lastly I added a glass affect to the lower left hand picture, and slightly feathered the name in the top left corner.

Just like my other image, I simply started off with the background. The three images you see in this collage were all cut out using the magnetic lasso. Then all three were feathered, and I also used the eraser tool to cut out the edges I missed. Next I added a wind affect to the images instead of a motion blur to let the viewer see the faces of the athletes. I then used a conte crayon affect on the original background, and it turned out a nice filter. Then I added some text to go along with the collage, and created an outline around it. Lastly I put a small charcoal colored border around the collage.
