First I used the eraser tool then the art history brush.After that I used the motion blur, lens flare and ink outline filters. Finally I finished by typing my text and applying the outer glow effect.

First I used the paint bucket and the sponge tool.Next I used the filters sharpen,dark stroke and lighting effects.Lastly I applied gradient overlay to my text.
